Konsthallen Café
Return to the island of Djurgården with Konsthallen Café (Be careful not to confuse this with the bistro of the same name, which we did not try.) This charming address is ideal for a break after visiting one of the island's many museums, or a stroll in the parks.
We enjoyed excellent sandwiches and grilled cheese, as well as homemade red lentil soup, a real treat! Simplicity and deliciousness are there. For a fika break, the hot drinks are delicious and the pastries irresistible.
Hotorget Kvarterskrog & Bar
If you are looking for a restaurant in the central Stockholm, meet at Hotorget Kvarterskrog & Bar, located in the Norrmalm district, a stone's throw from the museum Avicii.
This chic bar-restaurant offers Swedish dishes revisited with finesse. Some dishes border on the semi-gastronomic, without blowing the prices out of the water. Add to that attentive service and careful decor, and you have a must-visit address. Special mention to the mashed potatoes accompanying the meatballs: delicious!
Östermalm Market Hall
It is impossible to talk about good addresses without mentioning the halls ofOstermalm, A covered market housed in a superb stone building dating from 1888The setting alone makes the visit worthwhile!
We were there during the Christmas season, and the atmosphere was magical with the decorations. You'll find stalls selling fruit, vegetables, cheese, fish, and biscuits, as well as small places to eat on the go or more refined restaurants.
Be careful though, prices are often higher there: welcome to the chic neighborhood !
