As you probably know, in Sweden cinnamon rolls<\/strong> (Kannelbullar<\/em> to be precise in Swedish) are an institution. So when we learned, during our visit to Gothenburg<\/a>that the biggest kanelbullar (cinnamon rolls)<\/em> of the world were being sold just a stone's throw from our hotel, we didn't hesitate for a second: we absolutely had to try it out!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

That's how we found ourselves at the Husaren caf\u00e9,<\/a> in the Haga district<\/strong>. The atmosphere is truly Swedish, with a slightly retro charm that won us over immediately.<\/p>

Naturally, the caf\u00e9 proudly displays its enormous cinnamon buns in the window, attracting a never-ending stream of fans (be careful if you're on the terrace, as you're liable to be disturbed by camera-hungry tourists!)<\/p>

When you arrive, you can choose between a kanelbulle<\/em> - which we recommend for one to four people, depending on your appetite (ours lasted two days!) - or just one half if you're afraid you won't be able to eat it all. Because, yes, it's better not to come hungry!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Admittedly, it's not the best roll we've tasted, a little dry and not very tasty for our taste. However, if you're looking for something authentic to share<\/strong> or takeaway<\/strong>You won't be disappointed.<\/p>
